For the past two years yellow has been a rising star in the Interior Design world. It certainly has its place in Fashion especially as an accessory! I love yellow coats, but not every skin type can wear a lot of yellow around the face…but you already knew that! HeHe!
Yeah, I did know that… I’m a prime example of that yellow thing… I look jaundiced in gold, but can work a clear pastel yellow without looking like I need to check into the Intensive Care unit…
I’ve been working with color and people for years now, and can usually spot when something works for someone, or when it doesn’t… That doesn’t mean I can talk them out of a mind set, however… If orange is “in”, and they have to be “in”, then they either can wear it, or look ill… Either way, it is a personal decision they have to take responsibility for… However if “in” is the only consideration, most likely caring will never enter the picture… lol
It is nice, however, to deal with “aware” shoppers who not only always seek to look stylish, but their best as well… These shoppers are more open to deep sixing the “in” looks for things that really work for them, and as a consequence, make them stand out, and really be noticed… This awareness of not only color but cut is fairly easy to attain, and in so doing the person not only looks stylish, but turns heads in the process…
Say what you will about style, but those who have it are noticed, envied, and imitated… Something so simple, and everyone can achieve it, no envy necessary…
Oh my gosh, here you go again…
We had very similar watches at the store this year, no yellow, however, just hot pink, white and black…
Cool look, sold out quickly, and if my money is correctly placed, next year we will have them again, in a wider assortment of colors…
