“Lattie and Rose two married women living in a 1920′s London share the misery of empty relationships with their spouses and decide to rent an Italian Castle for the spring to get away. In order to save money, they advertise for two other women to join them. Mrs. Fisher, an elderly widow who knew many famous authors in her youth is struggling with a lonely and regimented exsistence and jumps at the chance to join the vacation. This is my fourth favorite movie on my top ten list. This movie is for men also. Each man in the film discovers their own heart as well. 
The book is worth reading as well. You could read it over a weekend!

When I see these movies set in Italy or France I just want to pack up and go on holidays.

A progress report for you. Said the rabbit, too little time! How unlike me being busy of late. However, do or don’t, so I at least started. Made it so far as their arriving at their little castle. Back as soon as I can, but I do want to be clearly awake when I see the rest of this.
Reason being, I like it very much! Is it the actors or story or script? Maybe all! And I don’t normally ever do this, but I found myself noticing certain lines of script and just being quietly amazed at the beauty, the meaningfulness of it. Maybe my ears are a little different of late, maybe not, but I’m looking forward to what comes next!
